Canadian's trust in business has taken a beating. According to Edelman's global study, our trust in business fell from 62%, in 2014, to just 47% this year.

PR scandals and product recalls certainly have an impact on how we look at business, but the leading cause of this drop is related to our belief that businesses are acting solely in the interest of profits, at the expense of any value for society.
