You may have heard the phrase: "TV is dead." It's a surprisingly frequent chorus.
Unfortunately the data doesn't line up with the statement. TV viewing has remained surprising robust over the last number of years. According to eMarketer's 2013 data, daily TV viewing has remained around 4.5 hours per day for the last four years. That's a lot of TV, and it makes TV still the #1 media in terms of time spent daily.
