We take great pride in the appointment of Stephanie McRae, VP Human Resources Director for Leo Burnett Canada and Saatchi & Saatchi, as Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Publicis Groupe, Canada. In her additional role, she will focus on shaping and building the most welcoming and inclusive environment for over 2,000 staffers in the Groupe's eight business units.
In her over 16 years in HR, Stephanie has demonstrated a passion for equality and has served on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for Canada's Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA). She will be assisted in Strategy development by Brent Nelsen, Chief Strategy Officer, Publicis Communications & Leo Burnett North America, and by Mia Pearson, CEO, MSLGROUP Canada, Managing Director & Co-Founder, North Strategic, as Executive Sponsor.
