Creativity Without Borders: Leo Toronto & Colombo: Petal Paint.

Flowers, in Buddhist Sri Lanka, embody the impermanence and fragility of life. As such, they are offered daily at temple altars, but then discarded by the thousands. But a collaboration between Leo Burnett Sri Lanka and Toronto sparked the brilliant idea to extract the pigment from the wasted flower offerings. Thus, Petal Paint, a revolutionary new line of paints for JAT Holdings, was born. In 5 unique colours inspired by the Buddha's halo, Petal Paint is now being used to restore artwork in sacred temple spaces across Sri Lanka-and the world.
