What it's like in the kitchen.

What it's like in the kitchen.

We have this awesome rep of being a strategic agency and one of Canada's hungriest, most creative shops.

The rep is reality, because we're the network agency that walks like an independent. We have a who's who list of clients. Our people are motivated and engaged. Our planners are the sharpest knives in the drawer. And a design-inspired craft is infused in all our work.

But when you come down to it, the place is like a family kitchen. One team, one dream, fueled by passion, energy, laughs, heated debates and serious pride and respect.

Looking for the next stars.

Looking for the next stars.

Each year, we look for newly-minted grads with the smarts, talent and passion to be the next gen of great Account Management, Strategy, Creative or Production people. Though it's not guaranteed, our best Interns often become fulltime Burnetters.

Step away from the keyboard. And party.

We work hard and we play hard. We're encouraged to bring it as team, both in and out of the trenches. Scroll down to celebrate with us.

Leo Toronto Rocks.

Leo Toronto Rocks.

We hit the high notes at our first annual Battle of the Bands. Some serious musical talent roams our halls. Singer-song writers, rock stars, rhythm and bluesmen... And it was like "Wow. Who knew?!"

The Brinner.

The Brinner.

There was a time when the year-end Burnett Dinner was a black-tie affair. But now we put a lot more glitter in our glam. Each Brinner is themed and you're free to come as you are, or aren't.

Kids Christmas Party.

Kids Christmas Party.

Every December, we extend our sense of family to our family's families. Picture baby Burnetters in the halls and off the walls. Entertainers, video games, henna tattoos, chicken fingers, pizza and fries. Jolly St. Nick is thinking it's the best party he's ho-holded court in all season.

5-Year Lunch.

5-Year Lunch.

There's this myth that ad people are flighty. Not us Burnetters. This year, almost 90 of us have 5 years + bragging rights. And each August, we dress proper and hop a private ferry to the august Royal Canadian Yacht Club for a celebratory lunch and service awards.
